TOUR ITINERARY

DAY 1 SAT

ARRIVE CASABLANCA (D)

Upon arrival at the Casablanca Airport you will be met and transferred to the hotel. Spend the rest of the day at leisure on your own. Overnight in Casablanca.

DAY 2 SUN

CASABLANCA – RABAT (95 KMS) (B, D)

This morning enjoy Casablanca sightseeing tour. This is the largest city of Morocco, located in the central-western part of the country on the Atlantic Ocean. It is the largest city in the Maghreb, as well as one of the largest and most important cities in Africa, both economically and demographically. See the Central Market, the Habous district, the majestic Royal Palace, the Mohamed V square, the residential area of Anfa and the outside of the Mosque Hassan II. Later travel to Rabat, the Administrative Capital and enjoy visit of the Royal Palace (Mechouar), the Oudayas Garden & Kasbah, the Mohamed V Mausoleum, the Hassan Tower Mosque. Rest of the day is free at leisure to explore this commercial hub in western Morocco, fronting the Atlantic Ocean on your own. Dinner at the hotel. Overnight in Rabat.

DAY 3 MON

RABAT – MEKNES – FEZ (260 KMS) (B, D)

Today travel to Meknes, visit the Ismailia capital, which has the longer ramparts in Morocco, the famous Bab Mansour gate, the Royal Stables and the Jewish quarter. Later in the afternoon travel to the holy city of Moulay Driss, a town in northern Morocco spread over two hills at the base of Mount Zerhoun. The holy town of Moulay Idriss Zerhoune holds a special place in the hearts of the Moroccan. Also visit the the ruins of Volubilis, partly excavated Berber and Roman city in Morocco situated near the city of Meknes, and commonly considered as the ancient capital of the kingdom of Mauretania. Later continue to Fez which is located on the north-eastern side of Morocco often referred to as the country's cultural capital and primarily known for its Fes El Bali walled medina, with medieval Marinid architecture, vibrant souks and old-world atmosphere. On arrival check-in. Enjoy dinner at the hotel. Overnight in Fez.

DAY 4 TUE

FEZ (B, D)

Today the entire day is devoted to the visit of the spiritual capital. See the Mosques including the Quaraouiyine Mosque, founded in 859 by Fatima el Fihri, and the Andalusian Mosque. See the fountains including the Nejjarine Fountain, the Medersas (Koranic schools) founded as early as the 13th century. The Batha Palace is now a museum of arts and Moroccan traditions. Next, the Chouwara tanneries, the Souks including Souk Attarine, one of the liveliest in the city. After, see Bab Boujloud with its green and blue ceramics. Later in the afternoon, enjoy visit of the souks and Fez Jdid, one of the three parts of Fes, which was founded by the Marinids in 1276 as an extension of Fes el Bali. Dinner at the hotel. Overnight in Fez.

DAY 5 WED

FEZ – MARRAKECH (485 KM) (B, D)

This morning travel to Marrakesh passing by the Berber villages of Immouzer and Ifrane. Visit Beni Mellal located at the foot of Mount Tassemit, and next to the plains of Beni Amir, this is one of the agricultural centres of Morocco. Late arrival at Marrakech, a former imperial city in western Morocco, is a major economic center. The medina is a densely packed, walled medieval city dating to the Berber Empire, with mazelike alleys where thriving souks (marketplaces) selling traditional textiles, pottery and jewellery. A symbol of the city, and visible for miles, is the Moorish minaret of 12th-century Koutoubia Mosque. On arrival Check-in. Dinner at the hotel. Overnight in Marrakech.

DAY 6 THU

MARRAKECH (B, L)

The entire day will be devoted to the visit of Marrakech, the oldest Imperial city called 'the pearl of the south'. The historical sightseeing includes the Menara Garden, the Saadien Tombs, the Bahia Palace, the Koutoubia and the Dar Si Said Museum. Enjoy Lunch at the Hotel, in the afternoon, visit of the souks and handicraft quarters, displaying a variety of items and the famous place Djemaa El Fna, a large public square with small merchants, hawkers & entertainers, popular with tourists & locals with its non-stop entertainment. Overnight in Marrakech.

DAY 7 FRI

MARRAKECH – CASABLANCA (240 KM) (B, D)

The morning is at leisure for your own exploration into the atmosphere of Marrakech. Later in the afternoon, travel back to Casablanca for your overnight stay. Rest of the day is at leisure. Dinner at the hotel. Overnight in Casablanca.

DAY 8 SAT

DEPARTURE CASABLANCA (B)

This morning you will be transferred to Casablanca airport for your flight back home with wonderful memories of your holiday.
